Marler Clark has filed its 10th lawsuit in a cantaloupe-based Listeria outbreak that has killed 30 people nationwide. The most recent lawsuit is on behalf of the widow of a 63-year old Albuquerque man who died after consuming cantaloupe produced by Jensen Farms of Holly, Colorado.
