William Marler to Speak at Conference for Food Safety and Quality

Bill Marler, the nation’s leading food safety attorney, will be one of three speakers at the 6th annual Conference for Food Safety and Quality Secton on the Importance of Detection Methods for Food Safety and Quality. Mr. Marler will be sharing his thoughts on the state of foodborne illness outbreaks and the legal issues that surround them.
The Conference will be held November 8-9 at the Holiday Inn Chicago O’Hare Hotel
