Denis Stearns was in Portland, Oregon, to present at Washington State University’s College of Agricultural, Human, and Natural Resource Sciences Northwest Food Safety & Sanitation Workshop. Denis’ presentation focused on the liability impacts of recent foodborne illness outbreaks.
