Drew Falkenstein traveled to Athens, Georgia, to present at the University of Georgia’s Fresh-Cut Produce HACCP Workshop, organized by the UGA Food Science Extension Outreach Program. Drew’s speech was titled, “Foodborne Illness from a Legal Perspective.”
