Marler Clark partner Bruce Clark and epidemiologist Patti Waller attended the Tennessee Food Safety Taskforce meeting titled, “The Legal Aspects of Food Safety.” Bruce and Patti will give a half-day workshop titled, “Focus on Food Safety - Distinguishing Between Legitimate and Illegitimate Claims of Food Poisoning,” which will be followed by a workshop put on by food-industry companies.
