Denis Stearns will be speaking at Seattle University to address the question: “Where are we today in protecting our food supply?” In this session, Mr. Stearns will also discuss the history of food safety law, the role of legislation, regulation and litigation in enforcing food safety standards, and the effect of agency actions on creating those standards.
