Bill Marler traveled to the Salinas Valley’s National Steinbeck Center to be the keynote speaker for an Ag Forum luncheon. Mr. Marler’s presentation focused on fresh produce contamination and litigation that follows outbreaks, such as the recent E. coli outbreak traced to fresh spinach.
