Denis Stearns and Drew Falkenstein presented during the Handwashing Leadership Forum session at the National Environmental Health Association conference in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Denis and Drew participated in a mock trial related to a foodborne illness outbreak that was the result of poor hand hygiene.
