Bruce Clark Speaking at RMAA Conference in South Africa

Food poisoning lawyer Bruce Clark will be giving his take on the impact that South Africa’s Consumer Protection Act will have on the meat industry at the 2011 Red Meat Abattoir Association (RMAA) Conference and Congress in Somerset West, South Africa. The RMAA is a representative forum made up South African abattoir (slaughterhouse) owners. Recently the country signed consumer protection legislation containing meat safety regulations into law.
