Bill Marler at GMA Foodborne Illness Litigation Conference

Bill Marler, the nation’s leading food poisoning attorney will be sharing his thoughts on the state of the food industry in terms of foodborne illness prevention at the Grocery Manufacturers Association (GMA) Foodborne Illness Litigation Conference in Chicago. In his presentation Mr. Marler will encourage food manufacturers to become move actively involved in reducing foodborne illness. He will also review the history of foodborne illness regulation in the United States as well as the events that lead to the passage of the Food Safety Modernization Act in late 2010.
